The Head of Marketing wants to find out who the top YouTubers are in 2024 to decide on which YouTubers would be best to run marketing campaigns throughout the rest of the year. The ideal solution is to create a dashboard that provides insights into the top UK YouTubers in 2024 that includes their subscriber count, total views, total videos, and engagement metrics This will help the marketing team make informed decisions about which YouTubers to collaborate with for their marketing campaigns.

In this theoretical exercise, I assume the role of a data analyst working for a bicycle retailer with three locations in the United States. My manager requested a comprehensive report on the company’s performance from 2016 to 2018. I was given the freedom to design the report as I saw fit, ensuring it included all necessary information for informed decision-making.

Excel – SQL – PowerBi --- Medicare Claims

The project involves working for a large insurance company that aims to gather and analyze data related to Medicare across the United States. The goal is to understand the landscape of Medicare claims, including which hospitals have the most claims, and which states have the highest claim amounts. The company already has extensive internal data from its own customers but seeks to supplement this with external data to gain a broader perspective. To achieve this, the project will involve pulling data from external sources such as data.medicare.gov, which provides a wealth of information about Medicare and healthcare in the U.S. The process includes using tools like Excel and PowerPivot to import and analyze the data. Specifically, the project will focus on downloading CSV files containing general hospital information, such as hospital names, types, ratings, addresses, and phone numbers. This data will then be analyzed to determine the distribution and characteristics of hospitals dealing with Medicare, helping the company better position itself in the Medicare insurance market.
